We educate and empower teen girls to feel secure, supported, covered and confident.

On this life's journey, many times you need support;

* someone to talk to,

* someone to be accountable with,

* someone to hash out your choices and steps.

We provide a safe space for teen girls to be transparent as they mature into the best version of themselves, manifesting into the Daddy's Little Girl they were created to be.

Our mission addresses teen mentoring from the inside to the outside.

Our program focuses on healthy emotional intelligence woven through our educational components of positive self-image. communication skills, leadership, and financial literacy.

The culminating activity is a personalized bra fitting, addressing breast care to prevent negative breast issues in their adulthood.

Empowered To Empower

For the month of March, the girls assembled mini candy bags with encouraging notes attached. Then gave the bags out during the lunch periods to other teen girls to increase their confidence.

Volunteer Service

We assisted Princess And A Pad to package Hygiene Kits to pass out to teen girls that can't afford these much needed monthly items.

We assisted Girls Serving Girls Successfully to make sandwiches and assemble lunch bags to pass out to the unhoused in their targeted community.

Building Emotional Intelligence

One was the "scenario girl" that had a negative occurrence to happen to her.

Then another had to volunteer to encourage her and build her up.

Our "Soul Talk" activities give strategies to handle the unexpected and continue the road to progress and success, now and into their future.

Special Guest Collaborations

Deborah J., founder of Girls Serving Girls Successfully came over to speak and present ways to convert volunteer hours into scholarship money for college.

Jessica Ward, licensed esthetician, came train our girls on the value of skin care by guiding them through a complete skin care routine.

Aslynn Earl, founder of Princess And A Pad came over to speak to the girls about the challenges of period poverty and what her organization is doing to break that cycle.

Chef Q, Owner of Magnolia Food Company include our girls in selected events to train them in the ways of entrepreneurship and the value of customer care.  She also pays them for all their hard work.

This T.D.P. Program is designed to:

  1. build confidence by embracing inner beauty

  2. build leadership skills through community service opportunities

  3. build financial literacy through entrepreneurship exposure

  4. build emotional intelligence through conflict resolution strategies
